2. Personalized Route Guidance Disclaimer

If TACOVENTURES offers personalized route guidance, trip suggestions, or custom recommendations:

Personalized guidance does not create a professional-client relationship, fiduciary duty, advisory obligation, or partnership of any kind.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the platform.

No guarantees are made regarding beta functionality or reliability.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

9. Membership & Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

 

By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring automatic billing.

• Charges will continue until cancelled.

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments unless required by law.

 

Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

 

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

All original content, branding, map structure, curated data, and platform design are the property of TACOVENTURES.

You may not:

This platform integrates third-party services, including:

• Stripe

• Wix

• Mapbox

 

TACOVENTURES is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, or actions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Saskatchewan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

If you access this platform from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

13. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to TACOVENTURES or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

Arbitration shall:

• Be conducted on an individual basis

• Take place in Saskatchewan, Canada (unless otherwise required by law)

• Be governed by applicable Canadian arbitration laws

 

Arbitration is the exclusive method of dispute resolution, except where prohibited by law.

14. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis.

 

You waive any right to:

• Participate in a class action

• Join claims with other users

• Act as a representative plaintiff

• Bring collective or consolidated proceedings

 

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall still apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• Payment processor disruptions

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
